How does our manager's development testing work?The manager's development report is web-based so there is no paperwork involved. When a company purchases the tests, two personalized web sites are created: one for the individual to complete the questionnaire and one for the company to pull the report. The individual receives log-in information and can access the site 24/7. Once the individual completes the questionnaire (which takes about 60 minutes to finish), the company can pull the report. The report is designed to be given to the manager to read and is very easy to use and interpret.
